Nick Krunkkala hails from Cape Elizabeth, ME. If you had asked him what he'd be doing with his life 10 years ago, he would not have said "slinging some of the best pizza in Midcoast Maine."

He got his start in kitchens in NYC after going to college on Long Island and playing NCAA lacrosse, cutting his teeth at some of the best restaurants across LI and the city. Nick landed in fine-dining and made his way back home to Maine at some of the best known restaurants and resorts in Portland and Boothbay. Ultimately, what makes Oysterhead Pizza Co. in Damariscotta what it is today, is taking fine dining, and bringing it into a wood oven in a comfortable space for all to enjoy.
